This summer, I had the honor of photographing Amber and Cameron’s wedding at Chambers Bay Golf Course in University Place, Washington. Chambers Bay is one of those venues that immediately feels connected to the Pacific Northwest, with wide open views, the Puget Sound nearby, and a peaceful coastal feeling throughout the property.

Amber and Cameron’s day was filled with family, tradition, and so many meaningful moments. From their First Look and private gift exchange, to their ceremony filled with Jewish-inspired traditions, to the celebration that followed with dinner, toasts, dancing, and the Hora, their wedding felt personal from beginning to end.

The day began at Chambers Bay, where the details, ceremony space, and wedding-day pieces all came together before the First Look. Amber got into her dress at the venue, which helped keep the day smooth and allowed everything to stay centered around one beautiful location.

Their First Look was one of the sweetest parts of the day. It gave Amber and Cameron a chance to see each other, exchange a gift, take a breath together, and enjoy a quiet moment before the ceremony and celebration began. Afterward, we photographed wedding party and family portraits around Chambers Bay before guests arrived.

Amber and Cameron’s ceremony was especially meaningful because it included traditions that reflected their families and the story they were building together. Their ceremony included circling, wine, the Seven Blessings, personal vows, formal vows, and the breaking of the glass.

Those moments brought so much emotion and depth to the day. It was not just about the setting, it was about the people gathered around them, the traditions they honored, and the love they were celebrating with their closest family and friends.

After the ceremony, guests moved into cocktail hour and the reception space at Chambers Bay. The evening continued with their grand entrance, first dance, welcome speech, dinner, toasts, cake cutting, father-daughter dance, the Hora, and open dancing.

One thing I loved about Amber and Cameron’s reception was that they wanted the photos to feel candid and natural. Instead of overly posed reception images, the focus was on real hugs, laughter, reactions, dancing, and the feeling of everyone being together.

Amber and Cameron’s Chambers Bay Golf Course wedding was a beautiful mix of family, tradition, Pacific Northwest scenery, and heartfelt celebration. It was such a joy to document their day in a way that felt honest, emotional, and true to who they are.

Amber and Cameron brought together such a wonderful vendor team for their wedding day at Chambers Bay Golf Course. Chelsea Almogela helped coordinate the day and kept everything moving with care, clarity, and so much attention to detail. The Chambers Bay team, including Kate Barry and Skylah Klucker, helped bring the venue, catering, and bar service together for a beautiful celebration.

Unmatched Entertainment kept the ceremony and reception music flowing throughout the day, from the processional to the Hora and open dancing. Marissa Mar with Kimika Glam helped Amber and the bridal party feel beautiful and ready for the day, while Gilmore Signature Events provided the chuppah for their meaningful ceremony. Insaiyan Entertainment brought the photo booth experience to the reception, and Costco Puyallup provided the desserts for the celebration.

Amber and Cameron’s Chambers Bay Golf Course wedding was a beautiful mix of family, tradition, love, and celebration. From their First Look and gift exchange to the Jewish-inspired ceremony traditions, heartfelt toasts, dancing, and golden hour portraits, the whole day felt personal and full of meaning. I felt so grateful to document their wedding alongside such a thoughtful team of vendors.
